The Hoy! Lechón Food Truck in Rodanthe is located in the perfect spot for those entering and exiting Hatteras Island just South of the Jug Handle Bridge. You might also find the Kona Ice Truck parked nearby.

Translating Hoy Lechón correclty implies BBQ is what you'll find here, but you'll also find dishes that may take you out of your comfort zone such as Cebuchon, a crispy pork-belly roll version of traditional Filipino Lechon. If you have kids that want to play it safe, I can also personally vouch that the whole chicken is an affordable way to feed your family on the road to and from your vacation rental. The sweet & tangy sauce on Hoy! Lechón's chicken was well received by everyone, including my three children aged 3 to 11.
